Staff were helpful but not easy to communicate in English and I don't speak Thai.

I actually to be honest liked nothing, there was nothing to like from the minute we walked in and met the reception that has no idea how to do her job, the room was small and dirty, the Aircon worked only at one setting, no battery in the TV remote, no water in swimming pool, breakfast is the worst I have experienced ever! Bread and an egg! We asked for rice for my young son but we're told no have only have egg! Staff look uninterested in the customers.
